In 2012 alongside my Cameron Heights Gr 12 Photography students Leigh Sellner and Zaven Titizian I photographed my wife’s Gr 2 students and other classes at Williamsburg PS.
When I discovered that many of the Gr 2 students we photographed 10 years ago were now at CHCI and some were even in my Gr 12 photography class - it was a full circle story I couldn’t pass on.
As this school year wound down and students were excitedly preparing for their last day, I’ve been taking their portraits again.
Anne-Katherine Le who is currently in my Gr 12 photography class and was in Mrs. Stark’s Gr 2 class has been assisting me with the project. You can see her in the first picture.
